Leanne Carter founded Alaska Business Consulting after 25+ years working inside dental practices — ownership transitions, team dynamics, production growth, and operational overhauls. She has sat in the operatory, at the front desk, and in the back office, and that is the vantage point every engagement is run from.
Sixteen of those years have been spent consulting with practices on profitability, operations, and growth. The pattern she sees most often is not a practice that needs to work harder — it is a healthy practice losing money in places the monthly report never names: treatment accepted and never completed, a schedule that fills but does not pay, a front desk doing its best without a repeatable process.
